ML55 is a compact, intermittent movement, automatic capping machine, designed in accordance with the GMP requirements. It features a single plugging unit, and is intended for use in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries as it can handle plastic and glass bottles well. It is equipped with two tabletop conveyors with adjustable guides, one for infeed while the other handles the discharge of vials. The carousel is designed with cavities for bottle transportation and comes with a security mechanical clutch. This design features a stainless steel frame with round corners and is very easy to clean. In addition to being highly versatile it offers maximum accessibility of the working area as well as fast and simple changeover. Three versions are available the ML55V (screw cap), ML55T (pressure cap) and ML55R (retorquer version).
