Can screw capping machine - OC-ZS
The OC-ZS is a bunging unit for can filler. The applicable container has a height of 100 mm to 400 mm. The caps are gathered on the conveyor belt, separating the first cap from the others. The vacuum gripper takes and transfers the cap to a horizontal carriage. The vertical carriage carries the capper with a capping head. The head then picks the cap from the horizontal carriage. It descends until the container screws the cap down. The adjustable torque and capping time is monitored.
