Automatic screw capping machine - max. 2 500 p/h | MT series
The MT capping stations can be programmed for simple twisting-on of the cap or for automatic cap placement. Depending on the different types of cap, different heads can be proposed for ribbed, pilfer-proof or twist-off caps. The screwing on of the cap occurs directly on the conveyer belt (models MT-1 and MT-1b) or through the transport star (model MTS-1). The structure of the unit is made of stainless steel panels. The cap is positioned manually (model MT-1) or through a vibration tank with an automatic cap-positioning head (models MT-1b and MTS-1). The upwards-downwards cap-positioning unit has a magnetic friction head which can be easily adjusted and which is operated by a belt-transmission motor. The speed of the motor is regulated through an inverter. The electrical unit is PLC-operated, and the control unit is made of stainless steel. The MT stations are designed for installation on complete lines.
