This is the GLC by Kliklok. It is a high-speed lugless-style carton closer specially developed to seal tri-seal, top-load cartons with hot-melt adhesive at high speeds right reaching up to 250 cartons per minute.This Genesis Closer has a tandem belt carton transport for positive carton control avoiding lugs. This enables random arrival of cartons as well as infeed timing, faster speeds, a wide carton size range, and a quick changeover. It has a unique carton turning bed which makes positive charlotte sealing, reduced carton jams and greater line efficiency highly sure.An additional and optional carton squaring lug kit can be made available when the need of long stabilization, narrow cartons and to control cartons which contain unstable products is needed.
