Treuils Huchez presents TE serie electric winches for lifting. They can handle all lifting, pulling or drawing activities up to 10 tons. They are robust and have a huge winding capacity. This makes them suitable for a broad variety of applications. They have a very rational chassis, which can adapt to specific requirements. Drum length can be customized on request. The rope slack and rope pressure roller can be adjusted with ease. The winches can be mounted vertically. TE serie winches are suitable for use in industries, building and public works, high-rise building sites, freight elevators, and construction of bridges. They can also be used in haulage of train or wagon in railways, heavy load pulling, and tensioning of conveyor belts.
The winches have 3 phase 230/400 V 50 Hz motor of 1 or 2 speed. They have IP54 rating. They feature a sealed, DC electrical unit of low voltage type. The unit comprises of contactors, 24V transformers, and a thermal circuit breaker. It also has a disconnecting control box featuring a 3m cable. For models between 600 to 1,600 kg, they provide reducers of bronze wheel and wormgear in oil bath.
