The Z-100 has been designed as a stable and lightweight 1000kg tail lift for use on light-medium duty trucks in the 5 to 12 ton GVW class. The underrun protection (bumper bar) is designed and approved for vehicles up to this size.Due to the importance of keeping as much of the total vehicle weight for the payload, we offer only aluminium platforms for this model. In addition the underrun bar has a light weight aluminium design for further weight saving. Platforms are supplied in lengths from 1200 up to 1725mm and widths from 2160 up to 2580mm The load centre is at 600mm.
The hydraulic unit is installed on the support frame at the factory and hence comes pre-connected. This saves time during the installation on the truck. And allows the support frame to be small and consume as little overhang space as possible.
