Pallet changer hydraulic - 3 kW, 140 bar
Pallet changers enable the rapid changing of metal sheets with precision. The utilization and efficiency of flat-bed laser machines are assured. HOERBIGER has designed a tailor-made hydraulic system which is utilized for raising and lowering the metal sheets in pallets. Four cylinders hydraulically raise and lower the pallets. The speeds of the cylinders are synchronized by a speed-controlled and compensated quadruple internal gear pump.Individual regulation of the motor speed produces the optimal stroke. The pressure level is protected and the end of stroke equalization is ensured by a combination of the check valves with the pressure control valve. The system is easy to install due to the reduced number of components and hydraulic interfaces.
