TM Mechanical - chucks are the heads that are available with diameters between 3 inches to 12 inches. They are even available in di and mono diametral versions. The version with a single diameter is available with central hole so that the reel can be centered and a flange for the purpose of ejecting the core. The rotating heads are capable of making use of reel movement for blocking and centering it. They are helpful in reducing damages to cardboard cores for them to be reused. They have got the mechanism of pneumo mechanics implemented in them. For locking the reel core in it's place, the key is expanded mechanically by a cone by using the air pressure. The chuck is small and robust and is capable of supporting reefs to about 2000 kg. The basic version of the device can be expanded and used with cores of 3 and 70 inches. They are also equipped with numerous mechanical adaptors which makes them suitable for various applications.
