The technically unique brick stack grapple is a versatile tool for palletized and non-palletized materials. The parallel opening and closing clamping arms are operated hydraulically. Handling of single concrete products like curb stones or brick packs are easy due to its opening ranges of 400 mm to 1400 mm. The rubber inserts in the compression rails are replaceable and durable making it easy to operate. The grapple is extremely versatile It can match the size of the easy stack adaptation with a mechanical latch that has an adjustable plunge depth of PZS-V-1. It is built with two double acting hydraulic cylinders in series for exact synchronization of the arms. The internal pressure relief valve provides protection from overload and the integrated non-return valve is protection against uncontrolled opening of the grapple guarantees safe in operation.
