This port machinery container gantry crane was developed and manufactured by SANY. Either a corner- or shaft-mounted type of driving mechanism layout is available for this crane. Both of these feature dependable and smooth transmission. The crane saves energy by using a separated electrical house in order to lighten the trolley load. Crane utility and yard coverage are provided by the whole equipment jacking and yard-turning patented technology. Swaying is prevented by the presence of a mechanical anti-sway mechanism or the patented four-rope anti-sway technology. The crane features bi-directional fine-tuning and twist functions on the upper spread basket. Service life is prolonged and skew traveling reduced as a result of the patented NV-GPS gantry travel rectification system. Office automation in the terminals can be developed as the crane has been outfitted with intelligent management and a fault detecting system.
