Integrator - Milltronics BW100
This affordable Milltronics BW100 economical integrator is useful in conjunction with belt scales. Belt scales that are single or dual strain gauge load cell-based are easily used with this integrator. Flow rate and totalized weight of bulk solids can be measured by the speed sensor. This helps to balance the weigh bridge load cells and provide excellent precision. Uneven lateral loading does not affect this system. This means that load cell matching or mechanical balancing is no longer required.
The potential for human error is greatly reduced by the presence of a large backlit display which showcases a bar graph comparing current rate to full scale.
