Useful for providing dynamic weighing information for process indication, this Milltronics MBS belt scale is of basic modular construction and suitable for medium-duty uses. It can be used with aggregates, sand, animal feeds or grains, and minerals. This belt scale assists in providing affordable, basic continuous in-line weighing, and is a versatile machine that easily fits standard idlers as well as most conveyor widths. It reduces product build up, has no cross bridge, and allows for tight schedules to be met easily because it assembles easily and quickly.
The MBS also provides unrivaled flexibility, especially where scales are moved between conveyors, and gives an indication of flow rate, total weight, belt load and speed of bulk solid materials on a belt conveyor using Milltronics BW100, BW500 or SIWAREX FTC microprocessor based integrators. The integrators additionally receive conveyor belt speed input using the device's speed sensor monitors.
