These vibrating channel units for batching are ideal to use for conveying and batching of bulk granules or granules that are too fragile to be pushed by a screw or a spiral. Instead, the vibrations that push the granules are created through use of electromagnets, and the units are suitable for use in the chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and plastic industries as packaging machinery within the packaging process. A special controller is utilized to regulate the flow rate, resulting in precise and reliable batching. One central controller is used to control several batching units that are connected in parallel. The 'driver' vibrating base that is used in the unit will be determined by the specific customer requirements, and there is a variety of designs for buyers to choose from.
