Sliding shoe sorter - max. 10 000 p/h, 1500 x 900 mm | POSISORTER
The POSISORTER has a high capacity, being able to sort over 10,000 parcels per hour. It is extremely easy to locate and change a shoe within 60 seconds just by using the special maintenance button and an Allen key, due to the patented plug-and-play carrier design. The device has a 20% higher energy efficiency and reduced noise level by 3 dB(A). The high-capacity sorting can handle products up to 1500 x 900 mm. The outstanding result of just 1 mis-sort in 10,000 is achieved by a combination of high accuracy and high conveyability. The products are pushed into the output spurs in a diagonal movement by divert shoes which slide across the full-width carriers. The length of each product determines the volume of shoes diverted. Either single- or dual-sided sortation can be catered for, with each sorter having a remote control.
