Product collator system
The Mercury consolidation system is manufactured by SSI Schafer. It is especially designed for buffering, consolidating and sequencing load carriers, that is divided in two stages. Initially, operator can order pick the entire daily requirement of an article either automatically or manually. Then, orders are assembled using the fully automatic Mercury consolidation buffer.This system ensures optimum availability and low wear, as well as high throughput times per module (up to 1600 trays per hour).
