The magnetic liquid traps or filters are made to remove ferrous contamination on fluid flow systems with different viscosity level. The device preserves the product by removing small contaminants. The traps offer magnetic protection for liquid lines and processing machines. The traps consists of various styles for different materials. The magnetic strength can reach 13,000GS for N style while 9000Gs for E style. The device can work on a temperature of 80 ℃ up to 350 ℃. Ferrule, bolt plate, flange or uneven head can be used as a connection. The 304/316L stainless steel is available for shell material. To make sure that the maximum magnetic effect can be reached without impeding liquid flow, the machine is designed properly with its magnetic configuration. The pressure design can be custom-made.
