Magnetic drum separator / wet - WS-CTC series
The wet low intensity magnetic separators is a ingenious product designed by METSO. It comes in two varieties the High capacity and the High gradient in which the only difference is the pole pitch and the pole sizes. It boasts of cost effectiveness and minimal maintenance requirement. It's main benefits would be high loading and with excellent selectivity at highest recovery due to it's magnetic systems. It was designed to recover ferro magnetic ores to produce pre-concentrates or concentrates. It also feature 3 tank designs which are the concurrent and counter-current as well as the counter-rotation, all of which uses a common magnetic drum assembly.
