Volumetric counting and filling machine - 50 - 100 p/min
Amtec FILLINGsystem is a sample system for counting and filling of capsules and tablets. The system comprises of a vibration and multi-channel feeder, PLC control, dynamic scan counting, and a unit for bottle/can transfer.It provides a counting range of 20-999 pieces. Counting and filling speed is between 2000-4000 tablets/minute, and final output is between 50-100 bottles/cans per minute. It provides a maximum product diameter of 13mm and maximum product length/thickness of 6mm. Typical bottle diameter is 45-60mm and height is 50-100mm. Power supply is 380V, 1.2KW.
