Slippage between a conveyor belt and a drive pulley is a direct result of three different factors. Perhaps the coefficient of friction is too low or the pre-tension of the belt may be too low. The third problem could be a small wrap angle. Installing the correct model of pulley lagging on the drive pulley is the most simple and affordable way to reduce any slippage risks.
