Misalignment sensor for bucket elevator - TAPSWITCH
The Tapswitch is a mechanical limit switch with no moving parts, that identifies the misalignment of both pulleys and belts in conveyor and bucket elevator. The sensor recognizes the sidelong drive of the belts or pulley and enacts a voltage free hand-off contact. This hand-off contact might be utilized to send a caution or shutdown the machine. The sensors are typically introduced in sets on inverse sides of the belts or pulley.
