Atlas Copco’s DM oil less reciprocating compressors are suitable for your needs for high pressure compressed air up to 447 bar(a). The compressors are compact and have a low vibration level with a sealed crankcase. DM compressors are perfect for the compression of air, nitrogen, natural gas, processed bio-gas, hydrogen, noble gases and other industrial gases. It uses the Greenfield technology which has a worldwide reputation and is a part of the Atlas Copco Group.
It comes with a high degree of safety and uses an oil-free technology that avoids the contamination of gas caused by oil. It comes with a hermetically sealed crankcase that guarantees no emission of gases to the atmosphere along with the gases with a low molecular weight.
It has high reliability along with the low compression ratios in the individual stages that lead to low thermal load. It uses the Scotch yoke principle that balaces forces and minimizes vibration. It has an easy installation with a compact, frame-mounted and incorporating anti-vibration pads.
