Stainless steel conveyor belt pre-cleaner - 12 - 72" | ConShear™ EZP1
The EZP1 stainless steel pre-cleaner is an extremely efficient belt-cleaner, geared to provide maximum cleaning competence at minimal cost. The device is extremely affordable, easy to install and operate, with low maintenance requirements. The Precleaner incorporates stainless steel components that provide a high degree of resilience to corrosion. It is mounted on a head pulley that can be set-up easily. The cleaning blade is the patented White ConShear™ solid blade. It is fabricated from urethane and is 21 CFR-compliant. The blade confirms to food grade criteria and has a high resistance to chemicals. The blade is installed in a faceted profile that reduces wear-and-tear, along with renewing the blade edge while wearing.
The device is tensioned with high-quality springs that imparts excellent contact between belt and cleaning surface, thereby providing superlative cleaning. The interface is smooth and comprises Flexco mechanical fasteners. The tensioning spring assembly is conducive to visual inspection and easily accessible, thus facilitating easy maintenance. The Precleaner is available with versatile mounting plates that are adaptable for installing on open-head conveyors or chutes.
It has a compact and sleek build, requiring minimum clearance horizontally. Its structure serves to reduce differential wear that occurs between centre and blade edges.
