Bucket elevator conveyor chain - B Series
Tsubaki Bucket Elevator Chain is specially designed chain with high wear resistance and fatigue strength, making it ideal for cement and corrosive coal dust conveyance. They are available in standard wear resistant CT and BT series for cement, and our RT and Y Series specially designed for conveying corrosive coal dust. Further, Tsubaki recently launched a new FB Series that features a solid lubricant bonded between the pins and bushes, and an O ring attached between links. The solid lubricant minimizes chain elongation, while the O ring prevents conveyed material from both infiltrating between pins and bushes and prevents solid lubricant from escaping. This gives the FB Series twice the life of standard Tsubaki Bucket Elevator Chain. We also offer thermally sprayed sprockets with replaceable teeth for longer sprocket life and easy maintenance.
