Welding booth - MWC
The MWC is an exceptional machine which is designed to deliver superlative performances in the suctioning and filtration of pollutants in metal processing. The patented suction and filtration system is conducive to expansion as per requirement and is reclosable. The machine is equipped with an efficient tunnel concept where the air flow is directed. The pollutants in the airflow are conveyed towards the filtration system due to this tunnel effect. This system succeeds in eliminating pollutants with a high accuracy rate of 100%. The MWC incorporates a dual collection operation which facilitates excellent results in the isolation and removal of fumes as well as dust generated by conventional manufacturing and metallurgical processes such as welding etc.
The highlight of the machine is its superior adaptability and mobility. The MWC is geared to provide high levels of mobility, so that the machine can be shifted, opened or closed easily and conveniently, with minimum utilization of precious plant space. Special emphasis is place on operator safety from the dust and fumes generated as well as the high volume of air that is treated.
The machine is designed with a separate compartment for filtration processes in order to isolate the work area, thereby preventing light, sound and air pollutants from contaminating the surrounding atmosphere.
