Spot welding head - max. 150 lbs | 80, 180 series
The thin-line heads manufactured by Miyachi Unitek are suitable for various spot welding applications and comprise three families of products created for precision metals joining. First of all, the 80 series comes with items between 20lbs and 40lbs, while the 180 series products are 100lb (445N).All the products come with force-fired designs and are defined by low inertia and narrow vertical profiles. Parallel gap spot welding and inline configurations are both available, while the products are ideal for benchtop applications, as well as for production lines. Users can operate the welds at speeds that are greater than 3,600 welds per hour.
