A servomotor type brushless welding force has torque monitoring to ensure a consistent force during the welding process. You can setup the Piezo sensor for force checking during the welding cycle and you can switch the welding current off once you reach a defined position.It has a direct driving through ball screw with an incorporated position measuring device that adjusts approach and squeeze speeds. The electrode holder adjusts X - Z axes and sets up onto a moving and
current conductive block. The electrodes outside the machine can be easily adjusted.
Components are quick to be interchanged and integrated. There is an index slot for tools. The head mounts into the assembling machine.
