The WH-G200 and WH-C200 Series manufactured by Thomas Welding are types of automatic stud welding units. These devices are made from mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel and brass stud construction materials. Both series are equipped with a welding head that functions for the discharge capacitors or the short-cycled studs.In addition, the WH-G200 and WH-C200 automatic stud welding units are incorporated with an adjustable plunge spring and a ball bearing which serves as the linear guide. These devices have dimensions of 50 x 330 x 110 mm and weighs a total of 2.2 kg.
