The A-38 Model, manufactured by Thomas Welding Systems, is a multi-purpose stud welding gun, with a space-efficient and lightweight design. This type of welding gun is primarily applicable for arc stud welding process, and for fielding welding work. Due to its compact design, this welding gun can be utilized even in the most restricted areas.The A-38 welding gun is capable of welding pins having a diameter ranging from 3 mm up to 8 mm, given any length. Studs having a diameter of M 3 up to M 12 are also available for welding when using this device. This unit features an automatic length compensation system for accommodating several stud lengths, and surface conditions.
