HR 100 ERSA Hybrid Rework system is a patented device, engineered to provide superlative performances in soldering/desoldering processes to highly dense SMT constituents. The device brings to the board a radical, state-of-the-art technology for hybrid heating. The technology effortlessly merges infrared heating with convection heating to deliver a simplified tool that can be operated single-handedly.The hybrid tool uses IR radiation ably supported by gently flowing heated air to provide uniform heating to components that are 0201s to 20 X 20 mm in size. The device incorporates adapters that concentrate 200 W of hybrid heating energy on the component, without dispensing shards.
