ESD desoldering station - ML-859 ESD
The SMT Max ML-859 ESD desoldering station is a newly available and superior station used for desoldering. This station is composed of an air pump part, a heating part, a transfer part, and a control part. The air pump part includes the diaphragm pump and a high power electronic motor. Uses a ceramic heater, a desoldering gun, a vacuum pipette and filter gauge, and a control part of PCB. Whilst in operation, the electromotor drives air pump and makes negative pressure to imbibe the melted soldering tin into a filter pipe, thereby extracting the soldering tin on the circuit board. Has many advantageous features, including an anti-static design which will prevent any breaks caused by static and creepage, has a transformer to reduce the power from main power supply to 26V AC low voltage for the heating element, which is good for safety in work and has a powerful built-in vacuum pump meaning it doesn't require connection to another vacuum system.
