The AWS3 range of resistance spot welding power systems utilize a basic programming interface with both monitor and set process limits. The system features a statistical process control (SPC), with run-chart screens and a histogram, to enable process analysis. The unit also uses standard communication interfaces such as Ethernet TCP/IP, Digital I/O, and RS-232.
