These are CD 5-120 and CI 5-120 model roller beds. They have sturdy rollers, a rugged construction and oversized bearings. Abrasive marine industry and offshore environments can be withstood due to the inclusion of grit-blasted steelwork on these devices. They also have a polyurethane finished coating. Smooth operation and reduced backlash are made possible by the cast steel gearbox, which comes with a double worm gear mechanism. The solid state inverter helps to accurately control the device's speed. The maximum loading capacity is 2.5-60 tons/section.
