The TransSteel 3500 / 5000 Yard from Fronius International is a customized welding machine. Its main function is to build ships and oil rigs, where flux-cored and solid wires materials are used. The wire feeder can be moved easily in any direction because of its wear-resistant base and a side mounted impact-proof metal slide. Moreover, it includes a trolley with an integrated crane-hoisting lug that provides a high mobility when operated in shipyards, and it also has an integrated crane that is directed to the wire feeder. The wire feeder also consists a gas-flow regulator and a welding current outlet which is used directly on rod electrodes.
