The Swirl Applicator by Nordson comes with a modular electric swirl nozzle that is able to dispense materials in various pattern widths, thanks to the fine edge definition for consistent coverage and precise application. Users can fit the nozzle to various dispensing systems by Nordson, making the product ideal for sound deadener applications, as well as panel reinforcements, seam sealing and other sealing applications.The uniform bead deposition and flow control are ensured by the electric orbital applicator, while the profiles and patterns can be applied from one to over eight wide in various film builds. The design is modular and provides easy maintenance while on the robot, while the carbide nozzles ensure longer product life and simpler cleaning.
