Thermally-conductive adhesive tape
Chromerics' Thermattach are conductive adhesive tapes which include the T410 and *T410-R tape that are composed of high bond strength, pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive that contains aluminum oxide and coated onto an aluminim foil carrier which is .002 inch. On the other side of the foil carrier, there is a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive that offers adhesion to plastics which are contaminated by silicone and other surfaces with low energy. Meanwhile, the T411 has a high bond strength pressure-sensitive adhesive that has an extended mesh carrier layer that lets the tape to adapt to curved surfaces of plastic molded IC packages. The T413, on the other hand, has a fiber glass carrier while the T414 offers an insulating film carrier.
