Automatic overlay arc welder
This automatic overlay arc welder is developed by BUG-O SYSTEMS. It is specifically designed to cater applications that include pulp digesters, boiler tube walls or any vessel or surface in need of over lay repair. The system of this welder is capable of travelling at a regulated, precise travel speed producing consistent uniform overlay patterns. The welding current sensor of the product can monitor and control the torch arc length on pitted or irregular surfaces. The complete set is portable.
