The Innoclean DM Bottle Washer bottle washer is used for the proper cleaning of refillable glasses and PET bottles. The centered bottle rinsing provides good cleaning quality even in extremely soiled bottles. To avoid any re-contamination, the removed labels are discharged from the equipment. The inlet of the discharge and delivery of the bottles is separated and washed individually. The in-feed and discharge sections are fully disinfected automatically at the end of each cycle. The modular design provides configurability according to operational requirements.
Moreover, the Triple|i| Drive Technology provides maximum performance of the machine. It has water and heat carryover for energy and water savings. The profit increases through the convenient spray system. Also, its vapor exhaust passes through a slit and reduces the chance of re-contamination.
