The Innokeg AK1 and Ak3 keg exterior washer provides a lively support and a sizeable circulation bath that features temperature controlled heating mechanism. This system comes with two zones for effective elimination of soiling and/or labels. In the first zone, spray nozzles release caustic or hot water while rinsing in the second zone utilizes fresh water resulting to a thoroughly cleaned tank. The device operates at elevated pressure levels to optimize throughput by up to 1300 kegs in just an hour. You can also use an 80 bar high pressure cleaner or a rotating brush component for tough cleaning. The Innokeg AK1 and AK3 which has modular design can be customized to fit specific client needs while reducing media usage. Using pressurized sieve, it is possible to remove contaminants easily. Also, automatic waste discharge system can be used in removing contaminants.
