KHS Innoclean KW crate washer has been specifically designed for reusable beverage crates. It can wash up to 13,000 beverage crates per hour. It has a very space-friendly design.

Before recrating, it is essential to thoroughly remove foreign objects and soiling on the surface. The crate washer helps in quickly getting highest level of cleanliness.

Three different zones for treatment are included. While passing through the machine, beverage crates are washed continuously. Based on individual needs, the crates can be subjected to a sequence of caustic, hot water, and fresh water sprays. For conservation of resources, optional automatic deactivation of the fresh water spray is possible.

In addition, Innoclean KW includes several optional features such as a pressure delivery-end filter, an automatic level control and automatic discharge of waste.
