Tunnel shot blasting machine / suspended load - TUNNELBLAST
The TUNNELBLAST is a shot blasting machine from OMSG. It is ideal for treatment of medium to big sizes products. It handles its loads horizontally and can be done by a couple of hoists, overhead conveyor, or driven trolleys.The TUNNELBLAST conducts is blasting operation in one pass on the whole component surface through out the crossing of the tunnel. Downstream the blasting tunnel, the operator is able to set up a manual blasting cabinet for re-touching or blowing cabinet to eliminate the remaining particles of shot on the work-pieces. The turbines installed on this machine are patented and manufactured by OMSG-Officine Meccaniche.
