Shot blasting machine with wire mesh conveyor - RDGE
The Wire Mesh Belt Machines are perfect to carry out a full, all-round blasting treatment of flat, voluminous and extremely complex components in a continuous process.Four or eight high power hurricane turbines can be mounted around the housing (both horizontally and vertically inclined) in order to treat very complex components in difficult to reach areas or which have 'pockets'. The part transport is provided by a highly wear-resistant wire mesh belt which has tension adjustment. The lower turbines can blast through just one belt position due to the special belt guiding. This keeps any masking to a minimum.
High-volume die castings or sheet metal parts are completely deburred before undergoing surface finishing in one pass in the RDGE.
