Roller shot blasting machine / axle / for steel or aluminum profile / sheet - LAUCO
The LAUCO shot blasting machine from OMSG comes with a horizontal roller conveyor and continuous tunnel. Components cross the tunnel as it is laid on the roller conveyor. With modular lengths, it’s extendible outside. Surface blasting is achieved when passing through the blasting room. It’s possible to acquire the finishing degree, according to ISO-8501-1 and SIS-SS-055990 specifications at a single pass. Blowing and brushing systems allow the steel shot to be removed at the end of the shot blasting process. The LAUCO can be used in many industries: generic steel sections and structural works, the railway, shipyard, truck chassis construction, piping, door and window frames, etc. Installation processes of the machine can be put into automatic production line of painting or mechanical working.
