Hook shot blasting machine / continuous
The Monorail or Continuous hook shot blasting machines, manufactured by Tosca, are installed for treating pieces with high production rates. The hook movement on the blasting machine happens on a motorized overhead transporter. It advances on the intervals, on pneumatic doors and on rubber containment curtains. The inside safety door sees the closing of the turbine compartments.The machines compose of an inverter in order to vary turbine projection speed. It also has a separation with vibrating screen and magnetic drums. The hopper comes with a level-sensitive probes which can be adjusted automatically the shot in the circuit.
