Automated sand-blasting machine
Designed mainly for large pieces and shot blasting, room blasting machines comprising of oscillating machines have been designed. They are widely used for, Silage wagon, Railcars, Freight wagons, Chassis wagons and tankers. The purpose of this is to blast all parts without any need for adjusting after shot-blasting. Through turbines, the blasting operation is conducted in the central plant. These rooms comprise of Automatic entrance and exit, Modular panels bolted together, easily interchangeable central panels and coating abrasion rubber side. The grit recovery system has reduced foundations and there is also a superior system for automated abrasive cleaning.
