The easy to use spray coating machine provides flexible serial production for use with water/solvent based paint systems via a twin cleaning unit. The highly efficient unit is also environmentally friendly thanks to the patented V-belt-system paint recovery. The unit has high plant availability with minimal cleaning, automatic quick color change and flexibility for a maximum of 4 material ring lines. It uses either a dry filter or wet extraction system with a quick change spray gun mount. The air ration is adjustable by various supply air fans in a two-stage filter cover. The line speed has unlimited adjustments.
The modular construction allows for expansion at a later time.
