With fluid sections made of stainless steel, these horizontal Binks Maple Air Drive Motors (15/3) are ideal for solvent-based, waterborne and xirallic materials. A patented quick exhaust technology is utilized by the low ice air motor. Magnetic detent is incorporated by the pneumatic sleeve valves and spool for the purpose of eliminating stall conditions. Thrust is equal on each stroke to provide an equal amount of flow pressure. Maximum operating life is guaranteed between services thanks to the ceramic coated pistons and tungsten carbide ball seats. In addition to high-quality materials, the construction of the pump includes surface treatments.
Preventative maintenance is not required since there are no external exposed shaft seals or packings. Additional features include a sanitary outlet and inlet connections and an energy-efficient air motor combined with technology from the smart electric pumps range.
