Laser cleaning machine / cleaning - LaserBlue
LaserBlue is a system using the newest laser technology to clean parts coated during a vacuum deposition process introduced by SCHMID. Till now typical cleaning methods apply very toxic gases or liquids which are dangerous for operators, and for environment as well. Using laser light allows quick, very efficient, save, and environmentally friendly restoration of elements used in vacuum manufacturing processes. SCHMID developed advanced, very economical device which is designated to support production of solar cells. We use a very reliable solid state laser, placed in secure housing, and operated fully automatically by a robot. The system can be easily adapted to other deposition techniques.
