The ATB PCD disc brush speeds range from 300 to 1500 RPM, with a part penetration range from 1/16 to 1/4. The disc styles come in 120 to 1000 grit sizes, with 3 to 18 OD. They can be easily used with any current planetary brush honing and polishing machines you might have, by taking advantage of our full line of engineered support plates.
Designed for use with edge honing indexable cutting tool inserts.
