These are Premium Flap Disc ceramic manufactured by Tyrolit which features its extremely high performance tool having a specific stock removal rate. It comes with a consistent rough surface and a very aggressive performance which required only a less amount of pressure. This tool is designed for high alloyed steels and demanding grinding application. Also, it features its continuous regeneration of new grain cutting edge within an operation with ensure its consistent surface roughness. The whole disc is made of fine aluminum oxides (Al2O3) crystals that is created within sintering process.
