Vibrating bowl - CFE
The Scan-Vibro Parts Feeder (Typce CFE) is generally applicable for usage in an array of fields involving the chemical - technical and the pharmaceutical industries. This product's typical applications involve sorting, alignment and feeding of uniform small-sized objects, machine components and any other mass-manufactured elements. The CFE consistently delivers the objects in a one-by-one method, and then positioned in a singular row at the edge of the transport line. It has a bowl with a spirally-coiled transport line & individually-constructed sorting devices and an electro-magnetic vibration unit mounted with vibration dampers (with bowl diameters ranging from 160mm to 1200mm). The previously mentioned bowl, manufactured using S.S. AISI 304 / 316 in FE 360, are designed according to the specific application.
